At Total Gemstones, we pride ourselves on supplying high-quality raw gemstones. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and returns.
1. No Returns on Raw Gemstones
Due to the nature of raw gemstones (each piece is unique), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and shipped, except in cases of error on our part.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
- If you receive the wrong product, wrong quantity, or a damaged shipment, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
- Upon verification, we may issue a replacement shipment or credit note/refund at our discretion.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted before shipment dispatch. Once goods are shipped, cancellation is not possible.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days via the original payment method or as mutually agreed.
5. International Shipments
Refunds and returns for international shipments are subject to customs laws and shipping company policies of the destination country.
